Available for science and public for the first time. Dinosauria VCo-owner Raimund Albersdoerfer aquires mysterious Archaeopterix No. 8 and gives it as a long term loan to the Bavarian State Collection in Munich (picture).

Giant remains of Brachiosaur discovered
only about 500 m away from Dana Quarry a little outcrop of Morrison Formation delivered the remains of a giant Sauropod. Unfortunatly the fossil bearing sediments are mostly eroded away already, so that only a few bones of this monster could be rescued: this Humerus, some ribs and several vertebrae.
